Common Questions

  • Agencies sell channels (social, ads, email, content) and try to fit your business into their playbook. The Blueprint sells strategy first. I figure out what your business needs to grow, then design the marketing to deliver it. You can take the Blueprint to your existing team or agency and it will make their work better, or use it to decide what to actually outsource.

  • Not in the Blueprint. The Blueprint is strategy and structure. Execution (writing emails, building landing pages, running ads) is a separate engagement. Most clients execute the Blueprint with their existing team or vendors. If you want ongoing strategic support after, that's available through Fractional. If you want fuller build-out with a contractor team, that's Custom Implementation (by application).

  • The kickoff is week 1, with stakeholder interviews scheduled across weeks 1 and 2. Weeks 2 and 3 are heads-down work on my side. Week 4 is the final delivery and walkthrough. You can expect 4 to 6 hours of your time across the engagement, plus any time team members spend in interviews.

  • Most engagements will run remote with video calls. I’m happy to travel for kickoffs and final presentations when it makes sense and the budget supports it.

  • You execute the plan. I schedule a 30-day follow-up working session to course-correct based on early signal. From there, you have three honest options: end cleanly and run the plan with your team, continue with Fractional for ongoing strategic support, or scale with Custom Implementation (by application).

  • Pricing scales with scope (number of stakeholder interviews, complexity of business, multiple business units). The base $3,500 one-time fee covers a single-business-unit engagement with up to 5 stakeholder interviews. Anything beyond that is quoted before the engagement begins. No surprises.
